Stephen Marshall focuses his practice on defense of workers’ compensation claims and on workers’ compensation issues. He also has experience in representing claimants, a period of his practice giving him insight into both sides of the workers’ compensation practice. He works in the firm’s Richmond office.

Additionally, Stephen’s litigation experience includes representation of clients in commercial and contract disputes, tort defense, products liability and insurance coverage litigation. He also has defended clients in employment disputes, creditor and debtor issues and professional malpractice claims, in addition to extensive representation in the workers’ compensation area.
Stephen has served as a Director of the Fairfax Bar Association Young Lawyers section.
