She served as a staff attorney for Travelers Insurance Company. In 1992, she joined the workers’ compensation defense team at Sands Anderson Marks & Miller, where she remained until December 2009, when the entire Sands Anderson’s workers’ compensation practice group formed Two Rivers Law Group, P.C.

Dawn has represented many different insurance carriers as well as many self-insured companies. She has spoken to a variety of groups on workers’ compensation issues over the years and conducts regular seminars for carriers and employers.
